Bretagne - Kitesurf Sessions 22 to 24

In France, they say that Brittany (Bretagne, in french) is beautiful, but it's always raining... Well, I decided to go there on vacations and I confirmed its beauty, but only had rain in one morning, and very mild! It is truly an amazing region for site seeing and kiting, with a lot of potential!

The Glénan Islands, a breathtaking scenery...

Pointe de la Torche, a mythical spot!

Douarnenez Bay

The long beach at Pentrez (Saint Nic)...

Watching them fly at the Menez Hom!

Pentrez again, at sundown...

Another mythical spot, the Kerhillio beach!

I'm definitely coming back...

Beauduc - Kitesurf Sessions 19 to 21

Three fantastic days spent with a lot of friends in the "freedom" land of Beauduc, what more can you ask for? Nice weather, strong winds, good laughs and tasty barbecues...

I was so hungry for kite that I only realised back home that I almost didn't take any pictures (hey, but I still have the good memories in my head).

Beauduc - Kitesurf Session 18

Like last time, another day of very strong winds in Beauduc (this time up, and maybe over, 35 knots). I was a bit overcharged with my 9m RRD, but that wasn't going to keep me off the water!

With Cyril, we spent all day in the water and were completely wasted by the end of the afternoon (but still kiting at sunset). The poor Remi, being a "shortstick" of 60kg, couldn't manage his kite on this strong conditions, so we have to thank him for all the photos, and the special rescue of my kite, when I accidentally and completely detached myself from it after a big fall...

To finish off in beauty, we were greeted by a group of pink flamingos getting off the spot and starting on the way back home...

Beauduc - Kitesurf Session 17

Diary of a crazy day: get up at 6 in the morning, go 350km south, kite all day with 25 knots, do 350km the other way around to come back home and go to bed dead tired and smiling at 1 in the morning...

Oh, and the dog stays strapped to the van all day long! "Say what?!? No way!"
